Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (business days), excluding major U.S. holidays.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been processed and shipped.

We offer Priority Shipping for orders that need to arrive quickly. Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control.
Processing Time
All priority orders are processed within 24 hours (1 business day) of purchase. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Time
Once processed, your order will be shipped using 2 Business Day Priority Shipping and delivery typically occurs within 2 business days after processing.

Priority Shipping is available for domestic U.S. orders. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Shipping times may be impacted by high volume periods, weather delays, or carrier disruptions.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Bobbie Miché LLC, we prioritize the quality and safety of every product we make. Due to the personal nature of fragrance oils, perfumes, and beauty products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of hygiene and safety. This includes fragrance oils, body oils, perfumes, lip glosses, lip oils, and skincare products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@bobbiemiche.com. Include clear photos and videos showing the condition of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Partial or full refunds for damaged or defective items are considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Bobbie Miché LLC, based on the evidence provided and the specific circumstances of each order.
