Return and Exchange Policy – Bobbie Miché LLC

At Bobbie Miché LLC, we prioritize the quality and safety of our fragrance oils, perfumes, and beauty products. Due to the personal nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of hygiene and safety (Covid-19 etc). Certain types of items that cannot be returned, include beauty products: (fragrance oils, body oils, perfume, lip glosses, lip oils, and skincare products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We also  cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, include clear photos and videos showing the condition of the product and packaging.

Refunds
Partial or full refunds for damaged items are considered at the sole discretion of Bobbie Miché LLC, based on the evidence provided and the specific circumstances of each case.
